To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 唔計酒店中菜廳,將軍澳區名氣最響的港式粵菜酒家都應該算係【陶源中菜】。早陣子見到團購特價,買了一張堂食片皮鴨卷,原來差不多到期,提前訂枱今晚享用。位於康城 Lohas商場4樓盡頭,旁邊又有另外一間餐廳,將【陶源】的入口更加往內推。如果轉角位置不是有個招牌,真的有點困難才能找到餐廳入口。定位較為摩登的廣東酒家,雖然唔係走西式裝修風格,仍然傳統港式酒樓的裝潢較為典雅;近大門位置又設置了一個紅酒櫃,提升氣派。只不過,一打開餐牌,就知道一齊還原基本 …… 餐牌設計及菜式沒有什麼特色,同一間普通港式廣東酒樓沒有分別。特價京式片皮鴨一隻($128)當然沒有席前起片服務;份量亦只有一碟,並且未能鋪滿碟底,同正宗京菜館啲片皮鴨比較,明顯係迷你版。配料方面只有京蔥白及青瓜條,選擇亦較少。至於主角片皮鴨,鴨皮唔夠趣、沒有脂肪、欠缺油香;鴨肉雖然唔粗鞋,但欠肉汁。唯一可取之處,就是超級抵食。一隻特價片皮鴨當然唔夠食,小女兒追加一隻至愛的秘製皇子鴿($68),其實即係炸乳鴿。雖然賣相麻麻,顏色唔夠金黃;但小女兒話非常好味道,皮脆肉嫩多汁。吃了兩道燒味菜式,還要追加第三道炭燒西班牙黑豚腩叉($168),皆因餐牌

吃了兩道燒味菜式,還要追加第三道炭燒西班牙黑豚腩叉($168),皆因餐牌其他菜式並不太吸引、又或者暫停供應。叉燒賣相同樣不吸引,顏色太鮮紅;雖然見到有豚脂,但看似較為結實,並不鬆化。不過,咬下去總算有點驚喜;肉質軟腍、亦多肉汁,但始終未夠鬆化,唔算係好食的叉燒。
