To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 由於本人傾向比較鍾意食煎煎炸炸烤嘅嘢，所以今日同朋友嚟咗食牛角。我哋今次係牛角食咗大概四款唔同嘅牛同叫咗一啲主菜。由於係烤肉檔所以店員只係會將生嘅牛放在枱面然後就自助式咁樣燒，我覺得自助式有個好處係可以自己控制熟嘅程度，同埋好增添樂趣因為可以一邊玩一邊食咁。但亦都有個唔好嘅地方就係吼完之後成個身就會充滿一浸燒烤嘅味道。講一講佢嘅食物，佢嘅牛好香，我哋有叫黃牛入口即溶，而且仲叫咗一啲其他嘅肉同埋菜全部都係預期中幾咁好味
