放工後到旺角閒逛消費,晚膳隨意在兆萬中心挑選了一間韓燒試食。餐廳裝潢都是傳統的韓式燒烤佈置,一枝枝陝長的煙囪由天花垂吊而下,不銹鋼圓形餐桌則配上鋪了軟墊的圓鐵桶。鐵桶座椅中空可放置食客的個人物品,既省位又可防止物品沾上燒肉氣味。一如其他韓式烤肉店,先來的是一系列泡菜。泡菜有三款,分別是辣泡菜、芽菜及蘿蔔絲。三款泡菜普遍帶有酸爽辣的特質,開胃先行。除泡菜外,餐廳亦送上一小碗豆腐小吃,與泡菜一樣,醬汁味帶酸香,清清的又不會搶去豆腐香味。另外,餐廳另端上一小碟洋蔥及一籃生菜,兩者除空口吃外,亦可拌上烤肉吃以去膩感。菜餚未至,飮品先行。每檯檯中早已放置了一瓶冰凍玄米茶,茶香淡淡,夠清新冰凍,最佳用作下火之用。再來一罐地道提子果汁,口味雖甜了少許,但勝在內含粒粒提子果肉夠吸引。烤肉以烤特級雪花牛肉打頭陣,牛肉肉色紅潤,雪花平均,賣相吸引。輕輕一烤,肉質仍保腍滑,肉汁豐碩,加上牛味濃郁,水準超預期。接著是濟洲島黑毛豬頸肉,與其說是豬頸肉,成品更似豬扒。豬頸肉肉質富彈牲,豬香足,食味可口。頭兩款烤肉是未經醬汁醃製的肉類生料,第三款烤肉則是經醬汁調味的烤雞肉。雞肉口感滑而爽,食味帶甜,都幾好味。接下來
