接下來是海鮮時間,店員推介了韓式烤鰻魚及烤什錦海鮮。韓式烤鰻魚是韓國統營直送,平時較少見少吃。鰻魚燒前先滴上檸檬汁,再置於爐中加上鰻魚汁燒製,成品肉質彈口,魚味因檸汁酸香有所提升,唯一美中不足是魚塊難免內含小骨,吃時不夠盡興!至於烤什錦海鮮,內含韓國生蠔、干貝、大明蝦、墨魚、鮑魚、海蜆及蟶子七款海鮮。每款海鮮皆挺大隻,賣相新鮮,尤其是海蜆,開開合合更見其鮮。韓國生蠔經烤煮後縮水情況頗嚴重,儘管蠔肉味鮮,奀瘦口感不滿足。干貝直徑有兩個一元般大,味道鮮甜口感結實。大明蝦燒時蝦香撲鼻,肉質和干貝一樣結實彈牙,很可口,可惜只有一只不夠滿足。墨魚鮑魚最怕鞋口韌身,這兒的成品郤沒有此問題,兩者味道發揮恰如其分,自然輕巧。海蜆味道鮮甜。蟶子肉質算上厚身,咬下脆口,輕輕灑上少量檸檬汁,更能引出當中鮮味。

熟食只點了水餃及泠麵兩款。水餃一客十隻,賣相的骰小巧,內含菜肉參半的肉餡,味道不俗。泠麵湯汁帶酸解膩,但調味一般,加上冷麵麵質偏韌,個人不太喜歡。

最後一談服務,店員服務效率到位,燒烤時不時會主動幫手,燒烤途中更主動換上新爐具,確保烤肉品質。結賬前店員端上一碟薄荷糖,可解口氣。除此之外,更有一瓶內服「補品」,同樣用於緩解口氣胃氣,安排周到!
