Restaurant: Gyu-Kaku (Festival Walk)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. <<生在美食天堂,點可以唔識食>> <<I born in Paradise of Food,but what Food do we have?>> 牛角開左好多好多間不時會加入不同牛款當然入面其實我最不推介比大家的是王X系列,留多點銀蛋食牛肋肉就好了XD不過今個晚上就係試試佢既新產品/期間限定。0.5正~佐賀和牛,油花見得出比較平均,但係位置切得唔係咁好,會有筋係小小敗筆普通~牛板腱,是冰肉來的,肉味有,脂肪少(不過好似已經唔存在係Menu上面了,唔知今年冬天會唔會再見)到店鋪裝修,有長枱,適合多人用餐。算係新店,設計乾淨,燈光偏暗。沒有油煙味,不會太嘈吵,是不錯的用餐地店。比較起九龍塘的其他食店的性價比算中上的順帶一提,員工唔多,繁忙時間既服務有點遲緩

普通~牛板腱,是冰肉來的,肉味有,脂肪少(不過好似已經唔存在係Menu上面了,唔知今年冬天會唔會再見)

到店鋪裝修,有長枱,適合多人用餐。
算係新店,設計乾淨,燈光偏暗。
沒有油煙味,不會太嘈吵,是不錯的用餐地店。
比較起九龍塘的其他食店的性價比算中上的
順帶一提,員工唔多,繁忙時間既服務有點遲緩
