To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日放工經過大家樂，見佢新推出咗焗素豬扒飯，就試吓啦。我本身都幾鍾意食素，所以都幾期待。個飯上枱嗰陣，賣相都幾吸引。素豬扒近似金黃色，配埋蕃茄、翠玉瓜、粟米等蔬菜，睇落好豐富。食落第一啖，就覺得個素豬扒好有驚喜。口感同真嘅豬扒差唔多，有咬口，而且味道都幾似。配菜都好好食，蕃茄好酸甜，翠玉瓜好爽口。成兜飯食曬，都覺得好滿足。個飯份量都幾大，而且食完都唔會覺得滯。覺得呢個焗素豬扒飯係一個唔錯嘅素食選擇。健康又好味，而且價錢都唔貴。希望大家樂日後可以推出更多素食選擇，畀更多人可以食到健康又美味嘅素食。
