前陣子到過「紅館」睇個唱,林憶蓮、劉美君,本來想睇埋草蜢、C All Stars,令我想起廣東歌樂壇百花齊放的美好年代。睇 Show 前,先醫肚。我通常會去附近的「港潮樓」,位置方便,一落附手電梯就見到。 舖頭老闆是陳錦鴻,小菜一向做得不錯,標榜無味精,適合我一樣不吃味精的朋友仔。 開胃小食「燒腩仔」$68,未去到冰燒三層那種,皮層也已夠脆,識食記得點埋佢個芥辣。 「鹹魚茸煎肉餅」$88,好得: 煎得脆而不油,能吃到肥豬肉粒做出軟糯感,帶彈性,夾雜梅香鹹魚的回甘,我主要歸功於肉餅底打得夠好。 「魚湯蘿蔔絲滾皇帝蜆」$138,可以同時吃到湯和餸,一雞兩味: 因於無味精,可以放心盡情將湯喝得光光。「蘿蔔絲煲鯽魚湯」一向鮮甜;今次換上皇帝蜆,亦煲出清澈湯汁,湯再加入了胡椒、芹菜,帶多一重香。 菠菜還靚,點了個「上湯蒜子浸菠菜」$78 有首歌叫「沒结果之後」,大家有冇聽過?在入埸聽「沒結果」之前,食事同樣一樣精彩。
