To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食咁多間泰國菜，呢間係少數食完想再食既餐廳，佢唔單止上菜速度快，仲要好好食。唔怪得佢門口咁多人排隊。食親泰國野，點生蝦係基本野啦，佢啲生蝦好大隻，好似厚切咁，肉質好結實，點辣醬食真心一流，我一口氣食曬我份量既3隻。🙃個燒雞有分全隻同半隻，兩個人既關係叫左半隻，原本都擔心會「鞋」，因為我地都鍾意食滑雞。黎到之後，唔可以話好滑，但佢烤乾左啲雞油，雞肉都仲keep到好嫩，點埋佢個辣汁，啲醬汁即刻比雞肉吸曬，無誇張，好好味🤤明爐魚只要蒸既時間岩岩好，魚夠新鮮，都好難整得難食，呢間佢兩樣都有🤤，加左青檸，成碟魚好清新，兩個人都清得曬🥰聽朋友講過，只有新鮮椰子既果肉先會易畢，呢間既椰子好易畢，係咪啫係好新鮮既意思🙃兩個女仔加一個白飯，食完唔會太飽，岩岩好，好滿足😋
