To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日去深水埗購買電腦產品，順路過嚟一直想試吓嘅車仔麵，原來離開高登都幾遠，只怪我唔係好熟路。Menu都好多選擇，叫了兩碗三餸車仔麵同一份鴛鴦煎餃。鴛鴦煎餃：煎得好好，唔油膩外皮很脆。餃子餡味道剛剛好。比較鍾意食韭菜豬肉味。煎餃必點$42/8隻三餸車仔麵正常，咖喱汁有椰汁香，牛筋豬紅好食，魷魚略嫌未夠入味，魚蛋得3粒。價錢係一碗$46一碗$47，不過餸好似少咗啲，如果量可以多啲就好喇。整體可以一試，得閒再幫襯。
