To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一行4人,食咗共34盤和牛。今次係星期六晚上去,都係果句啦!記得訂位訂位訂位。一坐低佢會送上前菜沙律,及麻醬豆腐,豆腐非常非常滑,麻醬味十分出非常美味,為味蕾作開幕,友人叫咗北海道昆布湯,而我就叫咗和牛湯底,因為上次叫咗秘傳月見壽喜湯。(個人覺得昆布湯,和牛湯會比較優勝,因為壽喜湯shabu shabu到最後時非常非常甜,太甜了,昆布湯可自己加大蔥或其他蔬菜作湯底)一開始佢會送上兩盤和牛加其他牛肉及豬肉各一,但個人嚟講今次係嚟食限定熊本和牛放題,所以之後一路都係叫熊本同鹿兒島和牛,個人喜歡熊本多d(因為佢會再滑過鹿兒島和牛(其實鹿兒島和牛已經非常好味)喜歡佢嘅柔嫩和滑滑口感。total叫咗34盤和牛,一路都保持水準,非常贊,和牛牛花平均,但記得有啲日本蔬菜,一坐低記得要即刻叫咗先,因為可能到中段已經售罄,注意。總括嚟講和牛放題好正,可以唔使就住食🤣
