To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 唔係熟客就唔好晒時間等位啦。個個熟客唔使拎飛自己直接上去問啲企枱有冇位。下面啲客就戇居居等。咁大間酒樓一個鐘頭淨係叫咗一張四人枱同一張二人枱。問前台嗰個點解咁耐都未有位,佢就話啲人book咗枱。我尋日打過電話去想book枱,佢哋又話冇得book,淨係大枱先可以book。咁請問啲人點”book”嘅呢? 奉勸唔係熟客嘅拎咗飛再上去望一望,如果見到一大咋人企喺架𨋢附近同埋靠牆企等緊位,就諗吓自己係咪有咁多時間去晒/或者盡早離場!
