難得不用等位,可能是因為比較早的關係吧。一進門口就看到充滿韓風的裝潢,非常有特色找來找去都找不到飲汁的餐牌,原來掛了在天花上。朋友一來到就超級口渴,於是點了荔板味的梳打另外還有藍莓和士多啤梨味,有支汽水倒插,份量其實算多但因為燒野比較口渴,要一人一杯先得。荔枝味的梳打充滿果香,中間還夾著少許果肉,增加口感然後店員就幫我們加爐邊蛋,客人可以自己在旁邊的七小碟中加入自己喜愛的配料到蛋中來到熨烤當然要一試熨斗,看到餐牌上名字旁邊有熨斗圖案的就是要用熨斗燒的肉。用熨斗熨平豬腩肉來食都是第一次,五花肉真是超級厚,熨完要剪開,有點像中式的燒乳豬,好脆口如果不會燒也不用怕,店員會主動幫忙。先兩邊用熨斗壓著燒2-3分鐘,直到熟透外層變成金黃色脆皮兩邊都煎好後,用鉸剪剪開一塊塊,再煎至熟透。在韓國,五花肉會用生菜包住,再加上前菜、醬料等包住一口吃掉,這塊五花肉自然都可以這樣吃,味道層次會更上一層樓
