去餐廳食野除左食佢嘅味道,亦係食一份感情。媽好耐之前黎過,隔左咁耐,風味依舊。老闆並介紹好多菜式都係冇落味精!1.擔擔麵擔擔麵有d花生,肉碎,蔥碎,上枱由你自己攪拌勻。老闆話蔥碎都係人手切,見大細勻稱,呢粉心機值得欣賞。湯汁味道帶辣,但把麵混和各種配料中和味道也易入口。惟麵質實在太腍。份量亦比預期少。2.鮮肉韭菜餸餃子上碟時睇落餃皮較腍,食落厚薄又都ok軟硬也適中。韭菜味也濃。惟覺得韭菜稍偏硬,肉碎比例量較少,故味道較偏重韭菜味而少肉。調味濃淡適中,老闆指完全唔落味精,我食完亦覺得一d都唔會口乾。3.京式燻素鵝此菜式係凍食。外皮充滿燻煮的香味!老闆指是用茶頁燻製。內裡塞了滿滿的紅蘿蔔粒及沙葛粒,爽脆口感一流,食落亦涼快消暑。4.豆漿老闆指是用人手磨豆。飲落也比外間的豆漿稍微多一點豆味。老闆見我地飲完仲免費斟多一杯比我地添。
