To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

響沙田做嘢因為係比較接近工業區，所以搵嘢食會有啲困難，大家亦都唔係好想午飯時間一齊出去迫，所以結果都係叫外賣，純粹最簡單諗住搵間比較近又方便嘅餐廳，跟住有人提議叫銀龍。淨係諗住簡單乾淨快靚正，跟住見佢話個炒飯係熱賣食品，所以就叫你試吓，全名叫做大蝦仁楊州炒飯。分量來講叫做不過不失，正常覺得應該會裝滿個盒多啲，的而且確有好幾隻大蝦仁嘅，冇呃人。味道方面就有啲淡，同埋唔係淨係我一個人覺得淡，可能要加番啲鹽或者豉油先至正常返啲。炒飯方面好難形容，飯粒本身唔算太乾身，但係食落口嘅時候覺得成個炒飯好dry，好想要飲水先至吞到嗰種感覺。個人嚟講呢個感覺唔算太好。
