方魚肉碎泡飯..方魚份量夠..惹味..湯內有.冬菇片..豬肉碎..肉碎唔老.可能係即叫即生滾個種,,湯底.都應該有少少味精.但唔算太重..至少食後唔會狂飲水..上桌時.熱辣辣..飯夠多..算底食..另外要一提的.是炸魚皮..比較薄身.口感不錯..夠味但不過咸
