老人家生日鍾意食燒味,難得過海工作,放工順便去斬料慶祝,經過呢間多人買就試下!好多人都係度等外賣,望一望原來一盒單或雙併飯都係$22,真係好抵!呢間燒味店非常乾淨,燈火通明,裝修比較新式,隻隻掛出黎既燒味都好有光澤,一洗傳統燒味店既感覺。攤晒出黎,全部斬同擺盤都好靚客家鹽焗雞 ($59)新張優惠街坊價,原本全隻雞$110,宜家只係$59,所以二話不說地點左,師傅斬得好好排到兩隻雞脾好靚,雞肉有咸香味而且肉夠嫩滑,真係抵食!至尊燒鵝上庄 ($110)份量充足每舊都啖啖肉,外皮都帶點香脆,食落唔會乾。燒味佬叉燒 ($50)叉燒厚薄度適中,師傅刀功一流、叉燒表面充滿光澤,咬落唔會硬掘掘。老師傅燒腩仔 ($64)燒肉皮燒得夠脆,肉同肥膏嘅比例非常平均,唔會好膩。食剩左少少第2日再食都好味。幾鍾意佢所有醬汁都會分開袋唔會倒晒入個盒度,搭車運送都方便D!
