To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 深水埗前排開了個新商場叫V Walk, 梗係要去潮聖下啦！地方幾大開始好多食肆進註，朋友話想食燒牛肉，牛角一定係不二之選。這裡地方夠寬敞，坐位多又光猛。厚燒牛舌非常足料件件都好厚身，自己燒可以燒得皮脆身啲，內裡肉質仍然多汁夠煙韌，厚燒啖啖肉好滿足。香蔥溫泉玉子飯香蔥油香紫菜炸得脆脆，珍珠米夠甘香配合溫泉蛋撈埋一起吃滿滿蛋黃汁加滿滿紫菜好開胃。網燒一口牛一口牛肉粒油脂分佈均勻，牛肉味濃而醃料夠入味，輕輕煎封四邊外脆內嫰一口一粒剛剛好。
