坂奈御膳的裝修充滿日式風味,而且是在香港少數專門食魚的日式餐廳,對於魚控來説固然是值得一試!有氣嘅信州蘋果汁帶黎夏日涼爽嘅感覺,加上信州蘋果天然嘅清甜,好飲!煙燻蘿蔔芝士俾人意料之外嘅感覺,蘿蔔又咸又爽口,配上軟淋淋嘅芝士夾系中間,豐富口感同味道。北海道白貝燒得啱啱好,要趁熱食!白貝吾細隻,入面又多汁!帆立貝用鹽麴醃漬,鹹度得宜又不失鮮甜。煮物系薯仔煮牛肉,薯仔蘿蔔同牛肉都煮到好淋又入味,甜甜地。麵豉湯吾止得海帶,仲有我最鍾意嘅蜆!令麵豉湯的鹹味之上多了一陣海洋嘅味道。竹籤魚系長身嘅,個樣有少少似條蛇,口大大眼大大😂睇住佢一路燒,d魚油一滴滴咁出。外面魚皮燒得焦香,入面魚肉肥美又多肉,而且吾洗太擔心多骨嘅問題,正!
