冬至又好,或是聖誕節與家人共聚加多碟餸, 加多半隻鴨同燒肉是常識吧,最重要係一家人齊齊整整一齊爭鴨肶食,咁先開心。今次揀左油麻地新填地街陳記燒臘飯店油麻地地鐵站A出口一出過兩個街口就係,轉角位好易認。所有燒味都即日製造即日燒起,一隻隻燒燒鴨燒鵝,脆皮燒腩仔同油雞切雞都高掛在廚窗上,離遠睇到都讓人口水直流。二話不說,先食碟燒鵝飯先再外帶番屋企。燒鵝質素高一睇就知,鵝皮燒至一格格網紋, 肉汁從皮肉間流出, 外皮深紅帶有光澤, 肉味濃,咬落肉質夠嫩滑夠肉汁。白米靚仔煮得靚,飯粒咬落唔會削,我覺得走色就最好,因為鵝油油 脂滲晒落白飯到,每一啖都有鵝油的香,58蚊好過入深井食。燒腩仔半斤燒五花腩肥瘦層層相間, 唔會太肥,咬落肉質又鬆化,外皮燒得勁脆,即使番到屋企都唔會怕淋。燒鴨半隻鴨子色香味都俱全,鴨皮皮薄肉帶白色,油亮酥脆,鴨肉鮮嫩多汁,一咬落去鴨油香味盡在口裡徘徊。一食就知鴨隻質素高,完全不是街邊廿多元兩拼飯的質素可比。
