To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 超開心今日可以去到中環高質中菜營致會館,因為今日同長輩食飯,好想有個好好既環境可以傾下計,用食物感謝一下長輩,而且我地一家人都好鐘意食食松露野菌,今日既所有菜都好合心意。廚師超有份量同埋好有心機去研究菜式既,每一道菜既 CP 值都好高~松茸野菌健怡滑腸粉真係第一次食,超有口感,而且好香濃既松茸味,全家人都喜歡~松茸筍尖鮮蝦餃蝦餃足料美味松茸菜膽燉海虎翅超足料,口感十足,真係同其他既翅不能相比,必叫既~彩蔬竹笙上素粉果粉果既皮真係皮薄,係我好喜歡既質素黎既,食落口既味道好鮮甜,值得一讚~松露野菌焗走地雞依個走地雞又真係好滑好好味,好新鮮同特別既所有既款式都係外面餐廳食不到的,所以真的有米之蓮的美譽~
