呢度餸可以話係好經典嘅海鮮,好容易就會同其他餐廳作出比較。雖然呢度嘅瀨尿蝦唔算最大隻,但係每隻都好新鮮,外殼十分之薄亦都炸到十分之鬆脆,啱曬鍾意連殼食嘅朋友。

如果要作一個比喻,呢個就好似係一個中式蝦多士。油炸鬼上面釀滿咗煙韌彈牙嘅蝦滑,外面再鋪上一層香濃嘅鹹蛋黃金沙,口感豐富之餘亦都充滿蛋黃香味,鍾意鹹蛋黃嘅朋友一定唔可以錯過。

自家製嘅豆腐混入咗菠菜造成嘅豆腐盒,然後將外皮炸到金黃色,口感外脆內軟。最令人驚喜係個芡汁,用料十足,係見到入面有大量嘅蟹肉同蟹子,好似食緊賽螃蟹咁樣。香炸豆腐配上一流嘅芡汁,係一個完美配搭。

🌐 環境/服務
餐廳用電子系統落餐,十分方便快捷。問樓面嘅姐姐有啲咩好餸介紹,佢哋都好用心回答。最重點就係食海鮮好容易搞到手好污糟,不過餐廳就好用心咁提供咗大量嘅濕紙巾,同埋竹籤去食田螺,而樓面姐姐亦都好常幫我哋更換擺滿外殼嘅碟,服務態度十分殷勤。如果有朋友想喺將軍澳區附近食海鮮,呢間餐廳係一個好好嘅選擇。
