專程來流浮山入貨~買蠔豉,蝦乾,鹹魚等,仲食左新鮮出爐既皮蛋酥,超開心!當晚系屋企打邊爐買左生蠔,每隻最細都有兩個五蚊銀既Size,都只系$70一斤,超抵!鮮甜肥美呀!買完乾,濕貨行到最尾望到深圳灣影下相,就去返前面酒家食午餐,小桃園系Mami,Daddy拍拖年代已經去,所以我地就直入呢度食海鮮,由經理帶我地去簡海鮮,亦可以買來加工!蒜蓉開邊蒸蝦$250(5隻),好大隻,當然又鮮又甜,有蔥,蒜,豉油特別惹味!生蠔$240(2食),薑蔥生蠔煲,茨汁很上色,卻不會很濃味,蠔的裙邊有點韌,過熟了,略煮後煎炒一下,略略灼的時間不小心過長會令蠔縮得愈來愈少,影響整體口感,砂鍋不是很熱沒有鑊氣!酥炸生蠔,這款較好食,外層鬆化,入口蠔汁四溢,內裏半生熟的很鮮味,食左兩隻都唔系幾夠喉!聖子皇$432,肥大肉厚,洋蔥,豆豉,椒一齊炒永遠是絕配。花螺$288,個汁辣辣地幾惹味,要放d汁入碗,開左個螺再蘸汁食,隻隻大粒又彈牙。奄仔蟹$420,(3隻)最被吸引的就是蟹膏了,離遠已經睇到,其實只睇到金黃色的蟹膏,蟹肉要找一找!!外殻好強鹽焗薰過的香味,不禁嚐一嚐咸咸的蟹殻,蟹蓋全是膏~跟住再啜一啜蟹身的蟹膏,濃
