To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽街坊講最近有間燒雞好出色，搵咗好耐，終於比我搵到，但去到店舖，好多人等緊外賣，一問之下，要等成20分鐘，嚇親，但行咗咁耐先搵到，又冇理由白行，唯有照等拎到返屋企，好彩係好好食，如果唔係真係會嬲燒得好脆，色澤好靚，真係有驚喜呀，咬落去都好正，勁Juice，唔怪得知啲街坊係咁讚，又真係好出色嘅，等咁耐時間都係值得，好嘢係要等，食完都明白點解咁多人買，師傅，加油呀，用心製作每一隻雞俾我哋新蒲崗街坊啦，Keep住質素啊，撐你！
