To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小魚兒帶老爸老媽預祝父親節，上網搵左間老爸最愛的酸菜魚，位於尖沙咀金馬倫道的金馬大廈的小魚兒，記得提前預約，我walk-in, 剛好有位，而且午市只收現金。樓上舖地方寬敞，去到睇餐牌，老爸揀左食雞煲。。。好彩都無失望，仲有驚喜添招牌重慶麻辣雞煲（$148/半隻），有大辣中辣小辣同BB辣。大麻中麻小麻bb麻。我哋第一次食，又帶住阿女，就揀左Level 1, BB辣同BB麻隔離對情侶揀左大辣，好正啊，下次同埋姐妹黎試。最估唔到係佢的客飯真係勁抵，40蚊有交易。仲要尖沙咀地區，咁就唔擔心阿女唔夠飽喇。瑤柱蛋白炒飯（$38）：份量大，用料足，我哋四個人一人分到一碗，米飯粒粒分明。鹽燒牛肉串（$48）：好長，好抵食，調味不錯，肉質嫩滑，有彈性。黑毛豬腩片（$98）：見佢外型吸引，相機先食，油脂瘦肉分明平均，加落雞煲非常惹味。甜點就揀左炸雙皮奶（$43）：香酥脆口，外脆內軟，正。鳳梨酸菜魚，等我，下次再來。
