Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

突如其來想食片皮鴨跟住同朋友一齊去咗呢間大都烤鴨咁樣我哋四個人就嗌左個四人餐門口裝修夠晒華麗星期日人多等左30分鐘門口附近有落地玻璃片皮鴨師傅現場片皮係等待嘅時間無聊睇咗佢片皮嘅過程相當專業四人餐1488價錢好公道第一道餸上咗牡丹蝦仁第一眼俾佢擺盤吸引住靚到咁搞到我無從入手水鄉紅瑪瑙口感方面好似海蜇雕皇醉豬手濃郁嘅花雕香味口感人口即溶跟住就上咗今晚嘅主角大都烤鴨片皮鴨香脆肉質柔軟薄餅每一層都有牛油紙相隔配菜都有四款洋蔥絲，青瓜，哈密瓜，紫蘿蔔菜膽燉雞湯超好味雞味十足，仲有一粒火腿，兩嚿娃娃菜紅燒花膠遼參花膠同海參食落都好漿口，啲醬汁十分入味，質地都好腍。金腿冬瓜雪蛋白好滑，加少少醋好正開封包拯骨外脆內軟，酸性十足，淡淡香甜黃金蝦仁炒飯材料豐富鹹蛋黃，蝦仁，香蔥，柴魚片10分好味我食咗兩碗想再食但係已經冇晒相當搶手同朋友食我推介呢間價錢實惠
