北京片皮鴨兩食都幾抵食。片皮前見到隻鴨嘅真身,一d都唔細隻,真係幾抵食。片出黎嘅肉仲多過d包鴨肉用嘅蒸餅皮,份量都幾足。面而且隻鴨唔係好肥,食咗冇咁大罪惡感。啲鴨肉唔會好韌,不過鴨皮就略嫌佢唔係好夠香。除咗青瓜絲同埋京蔥先之外仲有黃色嗰啲酸蘿蔔絲,用嚟包住片皮鴨嚟食就冇咁滯啦。第二食就揀咗鴨肉絲炒韭菜花,炒咗韭菜花之後嘅鴨肉絲比較韌,鴨肉絲嘅size係比較粗嘅,可能就係因為咁樣,所以煮過龍導致佢比較韌。
