To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去完新蒲崗Mikiki一田,帶爸爸食台灣野,爸爸鍾意熱食,我點左個紅燒牛丸牛筋面比佢,牛丸好彈牙滿有肉汁,牛筋都有好多舊,好腍滑~湯底都幾香濃,面條質感剛好~有小唐菜、紅蘿蔔、薯仔作配菜~我就點左百芳豬扒便當,材料都幾豐富,有粟米、蛋、菜、粉絲、菜脯,豬扒都鬆脆,唔算過乾~小食炸花枝丸,爽口彈牙,食得出有花枝肉蘸上椒鹽食特別惹味~芋頭鮮奶小芋圓用上真芋頭肉,混合鮮奶最配合啦~小芋圓就像珍珠,好有嚼頭~芝士奶蓋洋甘菊金萱烏龍,爸爸未飲過奶蓋,試過都話特別,茶底清香,佢成杯飲晒~
