To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚去荃灣搵嘢食，每次經過兆和街都會諗起「生龍清湯腩」，最終都係入咗去食。餐廳屹立喺荃灣已經好多年，所以食物質素有保證。之前食過佢嘅咖喱牛腩，念念不忘，今次試吓佢嘅清湯腩，叫咗個例牌嘅極品坑腩。例牌果然份量不少，每一件牛腩嘅肉都連着綿綿嘅筋膜，層次分明，肥瘦適中，牛肉味超濃郁。牛腩底下還放滿牛筋和蘿蔔。蘿蔔清甜，而且食落沒有渣。蕃茄豬潤牛肉米線比我想像中大碗，湯底夠熱，味道似濃郁嘅蕃茄牛肉湯，感覺沒有味精，後來先知每一碗湯底都用上超過半斤嘅蕃茄熬製而成，唔怪之得咁濃郁。除此之外豬膶爽脆鮮味，牛肉夠腍。

比我想像中大碗，湯底夠熱，味道似濃郁嘅蕃茄牛肉湯，感覺沒有味精，後來先知每一碗湯底都用上超過半斤嘅蕃茄熬製而成，唔怪之得咁濃郁。除此之外豬膶爽脆鮮味，牛肉夠腍。
