今日早餐食左個好爆既面包,係牛油咸面包+紅豆蓉+鮮牛油既組合,OMG卡路里已經被我拋諸腦後面包係煙韌既牛油咸面包,其實岩岩出爐應該好好食,個底有啲脆;不過A1啲面包通常唔會即日清(食得出),第二日再賣就會變左韌左啲,因為吸左濕氣。其實牛油同紅豆夾唔夾真係見仁見智因為頭幾啖未食到紅豆,牛油加包係好香但有啲太油;到食左紅豆蓉,都真係幾甜,夾埋個包咸咸地都叫balance到啲甜。呢個包熱量之高真係一個月食一次就夠

其實牛油同紅豆夾唔夾真係見仁見智
因為頭幾啖未食到紅豆,牛油加包係好香但有啲太油;到食左紅豆蓉,都真係幾甜,夾埋個包咸咸地都叫balance到啲甜。
