紅燒牛肉粉 $56

外出天寒地凍,熱氣騰騰嘅牛肉粉送上,感覺特別溫暖,粉內有紅燒牛肉粒及牛展,小弟另外加牛肚(+$18)及豆乾(+$6)。「粉」就喺我哋經常食嘅米線,入口滑溜,口感柔韌有咬口,兼且份量十足
;湯底牛味濃香而不濁,味甜偏清,麻而不辣,據介紹,湯底以多種材料熬煮,濃香紛陳,亦喺精華所在,所以,飲多幾啖再嗒真個味道

晌走廊尾見到一大埕一大埕自家泡嘅椰菜,而晌湯內就加入咗唔少泡椰菜碎,酸香爽脆,正好去一去油膩

再分享多少少當年今日,嗰時晌貴州山區做嘢,冬天真喺好死凍,得幾度甚至零下
,一朝早整碗熱辣辣嘅牛肉粉或羊肉粉,喺簡單而最叫人提起勁嘅早餐
。仲記得當地人就咁將枱上嘅生蒜搣開放入湯,小弟就唔喺好敢喇!

小弟食嘢都甚少追求正唔正宗,覺得好味就可以喇,反正,味道都喺一門創作,正宗有正宗嘅好,創新又有創新嘅好。唔知佢哋遲啲會唔會加入一啲貴州嘅地道特色小食呢?喺就更具可觀性!
