To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九月十五‧晴經過千軍萬馬的一個早上,很疲憊,只想走遠一點,也不想與人談話。沿著半山電梯走到差不多羅便臣道,見到這間小店。有幾款午餐供應,見有味蓮藕炆豬手,正對口味,就來一吃。 先來個例湯,撈些材料來看,也不少。味道濃濁,似是一碗大雜燴,無料附送的,也好像不能要求太多。炆豬手色水幾靚,先吃一件蓮藕,幾爽口,我喜歡吃蓮藕,粉的爽的也喜歡;再吃豬手,很奇怪,為什麼會有牛腩的味道?再吃,也是實實在在的柱侯牛腩汁來的。當然想不通的是,為何炆豬手會有牛腩汁的?算了吧,豬手炆得幾軟熟,皮豐腴肉爽口,也算好吃。 埋單34蚊,在半山區,也算是個平平地吃午飯的地方。
