To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 轉車去昂坪行山之前，入左東薈城搵食醫肚先。裝左修嘅東薈城闊落左好多，亦都多左好多餐廳。上到頂樓見到有牛角次男坊，睇完meun係食牛丼飯，覺得幾吸引就試下先。個日咁啱開門，完全唔需要等位。入到去係出面收銀比完錢，再任揀位坐。個陣做緊優惠，細碗牛舌飯配枝裝烏龍茶。落完單，食物都好快嚟到。咁嘅價錢嘅牛舌整得唔差，比想像中出色！！！！反而，係個醬汁太多太咸，整體嚟講，個牛舌飯都幾抵食，仲配枝裝茶，幾實惠。
