週二不再落老蘭跳舞舞,晚餐就多咗個理由約酒鬼舞伴相聚一刻,一試銅鑼灣以燒酎及全牛宴聞名嘅新店「牛惣居酎屋」。餐廳佔用面積全層,以木為主嘅間隔非常和式,雖則光線較暗,但居酎屋而言,絕對可以接受。店子右方拍窗有排合併式散座,以多瓶酒樽裝飾,氣氛更覺輕鬆,令人未埋位已經想飲酒。圍繞著開放式廚房有八至十個吧位,樑上嘅黑板寫滿陣店燒酎嘅資料,甚有睇頭。一邊牆身閃出金光,原來係一隻大型嘅牛牛解剖圖,明確地道出餐店主打牛肉各大小部位之美食。其他酒瓶、酒杯及旗號等裝飾仿似提醒食客要加配燒酒才能盡興般,有意思極!食物餐牌共兩頁。酒牌反而有成十一頁之多!可惜細佬對燒酎一竅不通,結果要勞煩哥哥仔教導,方才懂得由淺入深咁飲,當中印象最深刻必選芬芳撲鼻嘅玫瑰花味及向日葵花味燒酎;嘻嘻,飲咗咁多款,幸好離去時仍能保持清醒。咸牛肉麵豉醬配野菜條($30):野菜條清新爽脆,最正同最特別就係條清甜青綠嘅窩荀條,伴上微辣嘅咸牛肉麵豉醬更覺惹味醒神。油封咸牛舌尖($48):顧名思義,菜式為牛脷最頂尖之位置,如相所示,薄薄嘅牛舌尖鮮紅潤澤,口感輕柔且帶點嚼勁,個人最愛當中嘅芝麻香。酸汁牛舌筋($38):牛舌筋乃牛脷另一端嘅位
