To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期天,又曬又熱,不想到戶外活動,最好的消遣就是找個有空調的地方吃吃東西。這店環境舒適,服務又好,是個吃下午茶的好地方。一行三人,點了三個下午茶餐。餐蛋治,多士脆,蛋又厚又嫩滑,不過午餐肉比以前薄。蛋牛治,雞蛋同樣又滑又夠厚度,但鹹牛肉少得可憐,和以前有很大的分別。番茄湯午餐肉雜菌扁意粉,湯頭酸酸甜甜的很美味,午餐肉也是比以前薄,雜菌也少了。以前超愛這兒的午餐肉,因為味道好,而且厚度十足,這次發現午餐肉變薄了,相信是百物騰貴惹的禍,下次到來,希望不要連雞蛋也變少了。
