To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很日式的店 第一次吃是在澳門 當時的感覺就是湯好濃啊 一直留在記憶中 這次來港想吃日式拉麵 搜到附近這家店 看看是不是記憶中的味道～ 仍然是小小的一家店 衣服穿的多 都沒有地方放 美中不足 依然按照自己的口味選擇配菜 細麵 肉 還有辣椒程序等等 加一杯飲料 再來一個杏仁豆腐 簡直堪稱完美  人很多 門口排起長長的對 但覺得物超所值 良心配料
