尖沙咀食肆林立,朋友介紹有一間食素既印度菜幾地道,於是今日收工就一齊去試下!可能因為平日,好好彩地一去到就有位坐,但餐廳都坐左近半成人,見到有印度Local 都會去食。餐廳好光猛, 每個位都好闊落,幾適合大伙人食飯既地方。於是睇餐牌揀下有咩食啦! 本人十分喜歡印度菜,可惜唔食得辣, 所以都揀左D 唔辣既菜。雖然係食素既餐廳,但係都有好多種類!有一頁係印度特色街頭小食,另一頁係特調野飲,唔剩只得Mango Lassi 揀,幾有心思。睇到個餐牌先知Kailash Parbat 係一間連鎖店,係美國,澳洲,加拿大都有分店,有成65年歷史。我地兩個人揀左 咖喱薯仔包(奶酪),蒜香薄餅(Garlic Naan), 印度粘土烤蘑菇素燒(DO RUCHA KHUMB), 同圓脆餅(PANI PURI)。圓脆餅係常溫,所以落左order 之後好快就送到上黎, 待應好有心咁教我地點樣食(應該係見到我地個樣好迷茫)首先擺圓脆餅上碟,之後先落甜汁(細杯裝,深啡色),再落酸汁 (大杯裝),然後一口咬入口(如果唔係D 汁會流出黎)。對於我的確係一個地道既新嘗試,又出奇地幾好食。 脆餅入面係小小辣既薯蓉,D薯仔醃

我地兩個人揀左 咖喱薯仔包(奶酪),蒜香薄餅(Garlic Naan), 印度粘土烤蘑菇素燒(DO RUCHA KHUMB), 同圓脆餅(PANI PURI)。

圓脆餅係常溫,所以落左order 之後好快就送到上黎, 待應好有心咁教我地點樣食(應該係見到我地個樣好迷茫)
首先擺圓脆餅上碟,之後先落甜汁(細杯裝,深啡色),再落酸汁 (大杯裝),然後一口咬入口(如果唔係D 汁會流出黎)。
對於我的確係一個地道既新嘗試,又出奇地幾好食。

脆餅入面係小小辣既薯蓉,D薯仔醃都幾好味之餘,唔食得辣既我都接受到,而且同酸汁同甜汁夾埋一齊都好match, 唔會食落熱氣。



然後就上咖喱薯仔包(奶酪),對我黎講個餐包先係重點,拎上手仲係暖既,而且非常軟熟,廚師會加上少少牛油一齊烘,好有牛油香味。再夾埋咖喱一齊食, 令到牛油再昇華,要讚一讚餐廳對麵包選材同處理都幾專業。

咖喱自己都可以單獨食,薯仔係一早混左入咖喱入面,食得出食咖喱好似食緊薯仔蓉咁,再加埋芝士,真係好夾

食食下待應建議我連埋附上既紫洋蔥一齊食,我加左幾塊,更加有爽既咬口 ,都唔錯喎!


陸續上菜既係印度粘土烤蘑菇素燒,一開頭覺得係有點貴,要$85, 但係上菜後覺得都幾考功夫,入面要釀入芝士,蘑菇上面釀掃層汁,同埋要保持蘑菇濕潤。 而我地都覺的烤得好juicy, 配上薄荷汁,食落好fresh。

最後上蒜香薄餅,雖然待應有建議加唔加其他咖喱菜做sauce ,但我始終覺得就咁食係最好食,蒜香薄餅都好大份, 加上牛油,烤得好香,Naan 發得好,唔會太多空氣, 好味到食完都唔係好夠喉。

食完幾碟,就算食素都飽得7788, 可惜胃口太細,仲有好多地道菜仲未食,下次再繼續encore!

Remarks: 枱上兩支水係要錢的,大既$25, 細既$15.
