之前嚟呢度食過一次,覺得佢哋性價比高,所以今日再嚟回味一番。個餐牌好似有少少變動,睇落多咗好多唔同嘅食品選擇,俾我發現一個馬德里傳統牛肚,估唔到西班牙都有我哋香港人鍾意食嘅牛肚,烹調方式用大量香料醃製,一上枱已經聞到一陣陣香料酥香味,牛肚炆得好淋,味道濃厚但唔會好鹹,其實呢個餸白飯真係唔錯,食我哋冇嗌白飯。龍蝦海鮮忌廉湯,估唔到佢哋嘅份量10分大,我哋兩個人share,每人都有一整碗嘅湯,湯料十分多,魷魚及蝦等,龍蝦味濃及鮮甜,加咗忌廉令到個湯更加順滑。炸和牛舌配蕃茄莎莎,牛脷一向係我最鍾意嘅小食之一,和牛脷更淋及牛味更濃,加上蕃茄鋪面減少肥膩感。蘑菇火腿手打自家薄餅,基本上係一個濃厚芝士批,水準唔錯。加埋一杯啤酒,一路食一路吹水,寫意。

龍蝦海鮮忌廉湯,估唔到佢哋嘅份量10分大,我哋兩個人share,每人都有一整碗嘅湯,湯料十分多,魷魚及蝦等,龍蝦味濃及鮮甜,加咗忌廉令到個湯更加順滑。

炸和牛舌配蕃茄莎莎,牛脷一向係我最鍾意嘅小食之一,和牛脷更淋及牛味更濃,加上蕃茄鋪面減少肥膩感。

蘑菇火腿手打自家薄餅,基本上係一個濃厚芝士批,水準唔錯。

加埋一杯啤酒,一路食一路吹水,寫意。
