To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日就同朋友去咗Lamees食飯餐廳主打地中海菜, 裝修好有特色Trio Dips分別有經典鷹嘴豆泥, 烤茄子蓉, 黑松露鷹嘴豆泥三款唔同既經典蘸醬鷹嘴豆泥加咗橄欖油好creamy 滑身, 烤茄子蓉加入燈籠椒, 意大利番茜等味道香甜, 口感豐富; 黑松露鷹嘴豆泥既黑松露味都好香濃Chorizo - lamb sausage羊肉香腸帶少少鹹香味, 用咗零酒精既紅酒汁煮, 香腸咬落香脆, 無咩羊羶味,另配2件Pita Bread , 輕輕烤過, 咬落軟熟Kibdeh - Chicken Liver香煎法國雞肝整體好香口, 雞肝大大舊, 煎香左非常完整, 無咩內臟嘅腥味Arnab- Rabbit Leg 法國野兔脾用咗橄欖油, 小洋蔥, 蒜蓉同香料焗製,將肉汁鎖住同時好入味, 肉質有啲似雞肉, 米飯飯粒比較長身, 質感比較爽口, 配搭薄荷蕃茄醬, 幾有特色Kanafeh係經典中東甜品, 外皮既酥皮好鬆脆, 面頭好多開心果醉, 入面放左好多甜芝士, 口感好似比較煙靭嘅椰絲, 非常獨特
