To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同鄰居打完波,又唔想出得太遠食嘢,咁就近近地喺附近食個晏,最後都係去返呢間酒樓飲茶。其實佢過嚟講呢間酒樓都叫做唔錯,勝在某幾款點心好食啲。佢啲煎炸嘢又做得幾好,個叉燒酥個酥皮好鬼鬆化。嗰張卷啲皮都好薄,中間啲蝦肉都好足料。蝦餃,蘿蔔糕,都係基本功,冇乜驚喜嘅感覺。反而食咗咁多次最鍾意佢個龍蝦湯鮮竹卷真係浸住啲湯特別鮮味同埋個炸奶都處理得幾好,唔會食到成口油。頭先都有提及嗰個酥皮做得唔錯,呢個鮑魚酥都唔例外,個size仲加啱啱好可以一口酥咁食。不過呢餐都要九百幾蚊,性價比高唔高就因人而異。
