今日去開九龍區返工,順道去試下金船長餐廳..因為呢度係得獎餐廳...咁當然要去試下先...我地當晚19:30去到...已經坐堂滿席了!黑松露菌醬意式馬斯卡普芝士夾心比薩...呢款係得獎菜式,咁當然要試下啦!雖然望落去似一塊夾餅,但餅既上面有一層厚厚的芝士...而中間有黑松露醬...味道都好分明,同埋亦都有幾種食法...可以配上自家制提子果醋同埋有機沙律菜...食多件都唔覺得滯😊香煎老虎蝦配龍蝦汁意大利飯..大大隻虎蝦新鮮彈牙...意大利飯軟硬適中.....另一款主菜點在美國豬鞍...肉質鮮嫩..好淋唔會好”鞋”口....👍🏻最後點了甜品紅桑子蛋糕...味道甜而不漏...岩晒唔係太食得太甜既朋友仔...😋
