最近試咗間位於太子嘅泰式餐廳 Aroma Thai Food,一入門口已經感受到濃厚嘅泰式氣息,啲裝修擺設都好有心機,啲燈光同擺設都營造到舒適嘅用餐環境。今次我哋試咗幾款招牌菜式,首先係泰式生蝦,啲蝦新鮮彈牙,個醬汁酸辣開胃,辣度啱啱好,唔會蓋過蝦嘅鮮味。醬汁用青檸同辣椒調製,食落真係好開胃!主菜方面,必試嘅係佢哋嘅泰式清湯米粉。用料十足,啲安格斯牛肉嫩滑無渣,牛丸彈牙爽口,牛肚同牛柏葉都煮得好腍,唔會韌。最正係個湯底,清而不淡,香料味香但唔會太濃郁,飲完都唔會覺得漏。傣式椒麻手撕雞就係另一個驚喜,雞肉嫩滑多汁,淋上椒麻醬汁,微微麻辣,食落香辣過癮!泰北烤雞金麵個蛋麵麵煮得啱啱好,唔會太軟,個烤雞醃得入味,配埋特製醬汁,食落層次感豐富。咖喱麵係清邁好出名嘅米芝蓮名物,香港都唔係好多餐廳有得食,喺度見到都覺得好驚喜最後嘅泰式粉紅梳打都幾特別,粉紅色嘅梳打水加入泰式香料,清甜解膩,飲落好清新舒服。
