To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 銅鑼灣糖街一帶食肆有很多，特別是東南亞菜有挺多選擇😚，這次就選擇一家以印尼菜為主的。店舖大部食物以班蘭做菜，令到食物有天然的綠色，加添一份香甜味。環境雖然不大，0但裝修特別。-▪︎班蘭箭葉橙蜜 HKD$28 | 咖啡沙冰 HKD$48兩杯飲品各具特別，味道挺香口的。班蘭箭葉橙蜜味道香甜，是杯挺潤喉的飲品😚。咖啡沙冰賣相吸引，咖啡味道香濃，夏天飲挺透心涼的。-▪︎炸豆腐 HKD$38小食一份有四件，金黃色的賣相很吸引🤩。炸豆腐口感酥脆，做到外脆內軟的口感。過了一陣子再吃，炸豆腐口感仍是脆的。-▪︎班蘭雞尖塔飯 HKD$68這個是店家推介食物，尖塔飯用班蘭制成，所以味道香甜飯質口感煙韌。雞肉大大件肉質嫰滑🤤，雞皮爽脆不油膩。裡面有兩款醬汁配雞吃，還有胡椒湯拌著飲。-▪︎正宗印尼咖喱雞飯 HKD$58吃印尼菜當然不少得咖喱，印尼咖喱多了一份微酸的味道，跟平時吃的略有不同的。咖喱味道也很濃郁，雞肉吸入醬汁挺入味的。這個飯底是油飯，感覺香口粒粒分明。-
