To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中午放lunch時同事推薦有間吃米線不錯的小店，由於平時都對米線情有獨鍾不過限於平時食開的都是那幾家連鎖店的米線鋪😆於是就二話不說一起去試食。位置雖近荃灣廣場，不過鋪面不大而且左右鋪位都不是食肆，所以不起眼。同事推介最出名的香矛豬扒米線，我叫了三餸米線（豬扒、金菇、雞翼）加魚湯底（另加$3）。豬扒好大份量亦很香脆，性價比高很抵食，魚湯底亦很鮮甜，不過試過同事的普通湯底味道也不錯😋下次可不用加$3魚湯底😆。
