話說有次同Honey經過登打士街見到鮮入圍煮大大個招牌,佢就話網上講呢到嘅火鍋好有特色要搵日試吓,終於呢日來臨。訂咗6:00但基於我只係食咗份生果做早餐又忙到無食晏,所以五點幾就上咗去。咁早上到去當然緊係唔使等位啦!第一次嚟到,原來裝修設計以大排檔做主題都幾特別,仲有一邊整到成個街市咁樣,有肉檔同埋海鮮檔。海鮮望落都新鮮生猛,不過肉檔唔見豬肉榮喺檔到表演切肉。由於前一晚先喺屋企煲咗花鮑魚花膠雞湯,所以就無點到呢到出名嘅花膠雞,用咗鴛鴦鍋,要咗沙嗲同埋皮蛋芫荽湯底,火鍋配料就點咗美國A級手切牛肉、牛胸油、桶蠔、水魷、鵝腸同埋雲吞水餃。牛胸油真係堅正,一隻牛嘅牛胸油大約只能整到兩至三碟,所以如果晏少少嚟都可能無得食。今次食嘅鵝腸同以往我食嘅鵝腸感覺有少少唔同,其實我食鵝腸嘅經驗都唔係好多,都係食過四、五次左右,但今次感覺個味道好好味,唔知係咪點咗多肥嘅鵝腸有關,如果鍾意食鵝腸嘅人,有機會都試吓點多肥嘅鵝腸。其他配料都無咩特別。埋單$1038@2人🔵
