To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去完日本一個禮拜，其實都真係有少少掛住中餐，同朋友去左鰂魚涌呢間餐廳，本身想食下海南雞同酸菜魚，但望到有新奇野又想試下。① 貴州酸湯魚 $198酸菜魚同水煮魚就食得多，酸湯魚第一次食，呢種酸唔同酸菜，而係蕃茄果種酸，酸中帶甜幾開胃，比酸菜魚更加鮮甜。魚肉幾多，肉質嫩滑兼無骨，正！另外仲有雜菌，青瓜，加埋煙煙韌韌既寬薯粉，幾好。② 隨心棒棒雞 $62繼續試下新鮮野，呢個幾特別，我唔去形容呢個調味醬汁，唔辣，亦唔係麻醬，我覺得幾好味，等大家有機會自己試下。我只係會話雞肉幾嫩，幾有驚喜。③ 荔枝灣咕嚕肉 $128平時食開咕嚕肉的配料都係菠蘿，三色椒及洋蔥，呢個加埋荔枝，味道好似無太大分別，不過荔枝好味。而咕嚕肉大件亦脆口，好食！
