To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

另一半星期五最鍾意去蒲金魚街，通常等佢行完我哋就會去食呢間山東餃子館，我哋覺得d 野食幾特別，第二度好少見到羊肉餃同埋茴香餃係我哋嘅至愛, 酸辣湯都比較野味，夠酸夠辣好開胃，我哋每次必食，另外冬瓜茶都好飲咖。啲餃子10隻以上，可以揀雙拼，又可以加$5轉做煎餃，煎餃雖然好香口但係我覺得食食下好油囉😂如果俾我揀我都係會揀返水煮囉🤭今次第一次叫蔥油餅，唔係想像中的味道，太粉啦同平時食開嘅唔同。整體間舖頭嘅環境就有啲污糟同埋潮濕，餐具同台面的調味料唔夠乾淨，我地通常唔會掂🤣總之環境有待改善，廁所我就未去過不予置評，明白到小店生存有啲困難，好難做到好乾淨，不過事在人為，店主如有機會見到我的評價，可以好好改善一下❤️ 美味嘅食物配合乾淨嘅環境令客人食得舒服又開心🥳
