To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

叫豬腸同豬肚，每樣三粒仔，豬肚就手指尾咁上下再幼d，其中兩條得半隻手指尾，豬腸就一粒係手指公咁大，半隻手指公咁上下，5mm厚，另外兩粒手指尾頭節咁細大佬呀比左8蚊你好似施捨比我食咁！真金白銀成碗野五十幾蚊，真係食其他類似既對手都無咁嬲，唔係好食重要食完口渴到想狂飲水！ 重有筷子用紙巾抹可以抹到d灰灰黑黑好似皮既野出來，都唔知有無洗既！好在習慣性抹唔係就食死都唔知咩事！重要成程聽個四眼婆話其他員工廢，無腦，講到自己好叻，永遠無下次！
