機緣巧合之下,知道中上環區喜慶街有間小店在上星期開業,今晚就搵左個朋友黎「Goldfinch」品嘗美食。餐廳裝潢風格清新,也會播放音樂,令人心情非常放鬆。老闆鎮店,招呼客人、上菜一腳踢,佢好有耐心介紹菜式,因為是他創出來的,菜式是很特別的,我以前從沒有試過,令我感到很有新鮮感。Kuih pie Tee: $128Toro Tartare, Grape, Wasabi and Lemon Jelly (2pcs)吞拿魚切粒拌上檸檬啫喱再以提子及花點綴,甜甜酸酸很開胃,加上以脆杯盛載,一齊食既感覺很清新。老闆給這菜名字叫「小金杯」,挺不錯。Mapo Tofu: $98Soy Bean Hummus, Mala Mushroom Duxelles, Coriander oil, Lotus Root Crackers底層是黃豆泥,上面是辣醬炒碎雜菌,另配上炸過的蓮藕片,把黃豆泥及雜菌放上蓮藕片上一齊食,蓮藕片比較辣但很香口,黃豆泥中和左雜菌既辣味,而且黃豆泥既感覺像醬,味很淡。老闆稱這個菜的靈感是來自麻婆豆腐,所以以改良版麻婆豆腐命名。Eel Fillet: $278Risotto with

對於喜愛意大利粉既我點可以唔試吓你,是用意大利米配上魚湯煮成,口感有啲啲硬,但唔係生吉的感覺,很正宗意大利飯啊,很好食呢。鱔是煎的再淋上紅酒煮,皮很脆,肉很厚又彈牙,淡淡紅酒味,啱食。
