To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上次經過地庫，見到呢間鋪頭，不過已經食飽，見個每款set 的價錢又實惠，就bookmark 左，今次專登去試吓好似店舖全部坐位都係高凳，無得放袋，店舖好貼心，有一個長方形的籃可以用黎放袋另一個特別位係全部用手機落單，再係手機先俾錢，後上菜坐位的設計都好講究，長方形凹入去的位，其實就係托盤的尺寸同深度，每個位都有獨立嘅燒烤爐，如果自己一個人忽然想去食燒肉, 完全冇尷尬😍食物我揀左個魷魚鬚套餐有魷魚鬚•牛五花•牛小排魷魚鬚配上蔥香鹽味檸檬醬，可以增加鮮味餐具就係托盤下的櫃桶，餐具擺放得好整齊，就連醬料都有清楚的標示
