放工悶悶地又想happy hour 下, 喺旺角黑布街好多選擇,呢間The Ale Project 環境chill & cozy, 又都多下酒小食, 又多款手工啤。先黎杯lager 等下朋友,Young Master 未經過濾既lager 清香爽口,絕對可解工作疲累。再點個炸粟米同煎蝦送酒,粟米飽滿清甜,味道同口感似椒鹽粟米,香口惹味。煎蝦用卡津蒜蓉牛油煎,重牛油香味,加埋指天椒碎、洋蔥同青豆角一齊煎,味道濃郁。剩食配菜都覺得好好味,當然蝦都係新鮮爽口。再叫多杯1842 Island IPA, 比第一杯重味,帶少少苦澀,呢種都係IPA既獨特之處。都好配襯黎緊主菜,白布磨菇意粉。意粉軟硬適中,每一條都好掛汁。有舞茸、本菇、冬菇、牛肝菌幾種菇菌調製,一黎已經好香松露味道,配忌廉汁最夾。
