To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六商場人流最旺時段5點左右搵下午茶搵呢間餐廳係商場入面兜咗好大個圈去到門口侍應派咗窗邊二人座位俾我地窗邊望住YOHO既日落同平台我哋一人叫咗一杯嘢飲仲叫咗個雜果千層蛋糕芒果忌廉沙冰Sweet mango cream foam首先嚟到杯野嘅顏色已經好唔芒果深泥土色、一飲落去冰到以為飲緊沙冰水冇芒果味、冇甜味、好難飲雜果千層蛋糕Seasonal soft crepe cake海綿蛋糕隔層忌廉青提+海綿蛋糕隔層忌廉蜜桃、$58蚊一舊再加一哩個價錢真係好普通純粹環境坐得舒服,待應有禮貌廚房真係麻麻哋,冇咩吸引力再幫襯
